- Handle the incident tickets depending on priority and work with vendors if required
- Ensure contractual SLAs are met
- Conform and adhere to change management process for customer environments.
- Understand and contribute to processes and tools used by team
- Identify areas of operations quality deficit or automation opportunities
- Contribute relevant automation and operation artefacts back to Clients Cloud offerings
Skills and Qualifications
- Troubleshooting skills for complex production issues
- Experience to work on 24/7 support environment
- Knowledge of container technologies
- Understanding of OpenShift/Kubernetes architecture and components
- Expertise in Linux Operating System
- Automation/Scripting: Ansible, Shell script or python knowledge
- SRE/DevOps/Agile methodology experience
