  • Analyze application defect and maintenance requests, translating those requirements into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization)
  • Implemented end to end Service Cloud Project                                                            
  • Subject Matter Expertise with Service Cloud & Service Business Process:                                                        
    • Email to Case                                                                            
    • Web to Case                                                                             
    • Live Chat                                                                                   
    • Live Message (SMS to Case)                                                                
    • Phone to Case                                                                          
    • Open CTI and/or CTI Vendors                                                             
    • Omnichannel                                                                           
    • Knowledge                                                                                
    • Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments                                  
  • Experience with designing & building a solution using Salesforce Declarative & Programmatic Approach  
  • Experience in Programmatic aspect of the Salesforce platform - Apex, Lighting, Front End Web Technologies                 
  • Strong knowledge with Agile Development Methodology 
  • Salesforce Experience 5+ years
