·         Accountable for planning, orchestrating and delivering quality infrastructure and environment software platforms in support of full software and product life cycle management

·         Review the solution architecture for a new project initiative and create a plan that lays out the required infrastructure deliverables and schedule across environments in conjunction with the project milestones

·         Accountable for working with key stakeholders to breakdown the effort in activities and tasks as well as utilizing Rally to manage and track project delivery

·         Partner with the various delivery teams to drive the fulfillment of these infrastructure setup in alignment with the application code drops from within internal as well as vendor teams

·         Apply Agile methodology in building backlog, conducting grooming and prioritization ceremonies, helping teams in defining user stories and identifying optimal delivery sequencing

·         Lead and facilitate scrum planning and daily scrum meetings while ensuring the right level of participation from the required teams

·         Anticipate potential problems and be proactive to initiate a corrective action plan to circumvent a potential problem and maintain critical path objectives

·         Work with management to staff and budget resources to meet project timelines and deliverables

·         Evaluate progress and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics as required by IT leadership

·         Manage infrastructure deliverables from inception to successful deployment and implementation across all lower and upper environments

Qualifications:
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace
Ability to navigate a highly matrix organization effectively with strong interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to effectively communicate ideas in both written and verbal form to leadership, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience
Self-driven with ability to extract information to help plan and manage deliverables which will need to be implemented across multiple environments
7+ years of professional IT work experience and 3+ years managing projects/initiatives
Experience with Agile Methodologies and tools including Aws,Azure,Devops, Jira and Confluence is strongly preferred
