• 7+ years’ experience in the software testing or Quality Assurance field including hands-on test engineering experience (web application test experience preferred).
• Ability to write select queries and a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)
• Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes
• Experience working and partnering with an offshore team
• Experience with Test management tools such as JIRA and test automation tools such as QTP or Selenium

• Experience with marketing automation tools such has Hubspot, Eloqua, exact target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketo.
• CRM test experience (Salesforce, Marketo or Dynamics), Web services test experience preferred.
• Quality certifications are a plus.
• Force.com, XML schema validation or test experience is a plus.
