o Experienced/senior role with SAP supply chain module experience.
o Critical role and will play a significant role in the team, collaborating with business resources across several countries and Customer’s functional Teams.
o Work with business and legacy teams to understand the current and future end to end processes.
o Be able to proactively work with operations to understand the ‘Global Distribution Model’, and articulate the system requirements accordingly.
o Be able to work independently with resources from business/functions and have flexibility to adopt to evolving business needs within permissible limits.
o Create User stories/Requirements documents, technical/functional design documents, config rationale etc., documents needed from GSM process perspective.
o Quickly understand the customizations in SAP integral to the customer and the proposed design’s impacts to the customized fields/tables.
o Create the relevant configurations in SAP per the requirements.
o Create Test scripts and test scenarios according to the requirements and route for approvals.
o Execute test scenarios and document the results formally and route for approvals.
o Collaborate with business to create UAT Test scripts for Supply chain related scenarios/requirements and work through issue resolution.
o Update Master data as needed for testing and collaborate with cutover lead for creating ‘Master Cutover List’.
o Act as a ‘Test Lead/Coordinator’ for ‘Order to Cash’ workstream.
o Team player, working towards the success of the project.
o (optional) Understanding of JIRA tool is preferred.
