• Define and document application development principles, standards, and best practices, take ownership of the UX across all new and existing applications in the organization.
• Own and manage the adoption of architecture standards and technical design patterns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and the evolution of current technologies to define a future vision roadmap for optimal application of technology to meet business needs.
• Drive change, embracing and evangelizing appropriate evolution in software development technologies.
• Communicate clearly, strongly, and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ years of experience using State Management (e.g. ngrx or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience creating RESTful Web Services.
• 4+ years of experience and a solid understanding of software development best practices (MVC/MVVM/.Net architecture, design patterns, testable code, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in Typescript, SASS, and LESS.
• 2+ years of experience in Angular version 8 or above.
• 3+ years of experience and a deep understanding of web applications across all layers: HTTP/S, networks, databases, web server configuration, request/response, performance, security, browsers, devices, encryption, compression, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing Client-Side Security: authentication, authorization, and other security aspects for a client-side application in a real-time project within last 4 years.
• 2+ years of experience with Responsive Design: responsive layouts (mobile, tablets and desktop), and Material Design principles within the last 4 years.
• 2+ years of experience in Progressive Web Apps, including local storage, notifications, and offline access.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL Server or similar database.
• Strong C#, .Net, REST & Web API, XML, JSON, Entity Framework, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript, CSS, Visual Studio.
• Experience designing and implementing REST API endpoints using C# / Web API.
• Experience developing best practices, standards across all aspects or the API lifecycle.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests for API endpoints.
• Reviewing and implementing authorization and authentication concerns as they relate to APIs.
• Experience using Postman, Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC, Angular Ionic, Progressive Web Application.

Desired:

• Experience using React, Redux, Node.js, Mobile Development, and Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure.
• Knowledge of security best practices and implementation.
• Entity Framework.
• UI/UX experience and design mindset.

• 7+ years of experience in web application design and development
• Minimum of 4+ years in a front-end development role OR minimum of 4+ years in a back-end development role
• Bachelors or master's degree in computer science or Information Systems or similar.
