Experience in interacting withproduct management, project management and development teams to develop astrong understanding of the product functionality
Testing objectives - Design and create test plans to address business and technical use cases.
Execute, maintain and review the results of existing automated tests, filing issues, and fixing tests as necessary.
Create automated tests for new features being developed
Develop quality standards, control methods.
Ability to understand the business and model the test cases accordingly
Theories to be utilized during design, testing and inspection to assess product quality
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment.
Performance testing of different modules/use cases, analyzing the performance testing results.
Figuring out steps to reproduce in a test account based on steps to reproduce in a customer account
Must have hands on experience ofdevelopment/scripting skills in languages like, JavaScript, Shell script, PERL,Python, Groovy and of automated testing tools like OATS, Selenium, QTP, SOAPUI, JMETER, etc.
