Test Lead should have Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Management Experience.

Leading testing effort and team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The person should have strong knowledge on Data ingestion testing between source and target

Should able to participate and drive Data ingestion test activity for the projects

Should come up with test strategy / plan from Data ingestion perspective.

Should have strong knowledge on data validation test activity
