·         Handle multiple stakeholders and business team to communicate  Perform requirement gathering on discussion with production users

·         Experience in Agile methodologies - Implement testing methodologies, techniques based on the functional and technical requirements

·         Create and implement test plan/strategy for new business initiatives, track project level defects and their status.

·         Analyze users stories /use cases/requirements and responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting the system

·         Experience in estimate , Test strategy preparation and SIT test plan preparation, impact analysis preparation along with test scenarios / cases design. All level of testing (System testing , system Integration end to end , Regression testing, UAT testing )

·         Perform retrospection and publish reports to all stake holders.

·         Perform root cause analysis and prepare action items based on the analysis. Setup meeting with all the stakeholders on the project status and take necessary action based on the meeting outcome.

·         Experience in ETL - Application execution, validating middleware logs, validating DB and its transformation logic

·         In-depth knowledge in Sprint process,  JIRA, ALM & QA metrics tools . Knowledge of JIRA & HP ALM.

·         Knowledge of Automation is added advantage
