2-5 years of experience delivering software for a large enterprise
Back End: Java 8 (they use spring boot for legacy apps but all new development is in plain vanilla java)
Front End: HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS (React/ Redux experience is a plus but can be picked up)
Experience with agile continuous delivery/ TDD/ automated testing practices (operate in extreme scrum dev ops environment, over 10,000 releases last year)
Strong database fundamentals with SQL
Non-technical: requires strong communication, ability to meet with business and take requirements, translate into technical specs and deliver on those. Team does not have BAs, developers do all stages of SDLC
