Resource should have 6-8 experience in SAP projects including 3-4 years as test manager or test lead
Preferable to have experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations as test manager else large projects in SAP ECC is fine.
Should have excellent communication skills to work with all stakeholders in the project including test manager, automation leads and Performance test manager, legacy test manager etc.
Should have at least experience in 1 project with SAFe/Agile implementation methodology
Experience interacting with all types of testing teams including Manual, Automation, performance, UAT and ORT.
Resource should have experience in creating test strategy and implement it for very complex projects involving multiple applications in the landscape
Communicate the needs of environment strategy, testing timelines/windows, Data needs of automation and performance testing, and align with all stakeholders in the project
Resource should have hands on experience in at least 1 module of SAP. This requirement is to ensure that the resource can discuss details with all project stakeholders
