OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Required competency in complete lifecycle of SAP BI Suite (Business Objects) and modern Data & Analytics platform cloud-based environments such as Matillion, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot.

• Required ability to gather and analyze user requirements to determine system configuration and customization needed as well as the mastered ability to perform required Data & Analytics configuration and custom development. Proven ability to create and maintain functional and technical/system documentation.

• Required solid computer skills are necessary for this position, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, SAP, Internet, E-mail, database applications, general IT skills, programming and programming logic, and strong technical skills; knowledge of most office equipment.

• Required ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task as assigned by the Manager – Business Intelligence.

• Required strong interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills related to Data & Analytics initiatives. Includes strong communication skills (written and oral) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment.

• Preferred experience with SAP HANA data sources, SAP non-HANA data sources, and non-SAP data sources including query and view development. Experience with SAP S/4HANA CDS Views, Oracle databases, and writing complex queries preferred.

• Preferred ability to perform business data modeling and analysis as well as a thorough understanding of relational data structures, OLAP concepts, and/or universes.

• Preferred experience designing, creating, and maintaining custom InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, Remote Cubes, MultiProviders, DataSources, User Exits, InfoSources, Update Rules, Transfer Rules, DTPs, Communication Structures, InfoPackages, and Process Chains

• Preferred understanding of a multi-tier system landscape and the process for moving new developments and changes through the landscape.

• Preferred experience with Business Explorer Analyzer (BEx) queries and Web Reporting as well as with creating calculated and restricted key figures.

• Preferred experience with key SAP applications with a solid understanding of NetWeaver architecture and SAP S/4HANA

• Preferred Experience with SAP Optimized (Embedded) BPC, and SAP SCM (APO)
