•               Strong Experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2.x or 5.5.x Skills

•               Min 3+ years of FileNet P8 5.0 - P8 5.2.1 administration (Content engine, Process engine, Application Engine / Content Platform Engine) or higher experience.

•               5+ years of experience with Linux / Windows (AIX added plus).

•               5+ years with WAS ND.

•               5+ years with DB2 / SQL Server / Oracle setup's for FileNet

•               Experience with Performance tuning.

•               Great troubleshooting skills.

•               Good understanding of Add on products like IBM Case Manager, Datacap, Records manager, IBM Content Analytics added pluses.

•               Understanding of FileNet Patches

•               Min 3+ years’ experience of Workplace XT
