Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS or the equivalent

• 3 years Quality Assurance processes and testing ·
• Strong coding skills with one or more object-oriented languages
• Extensive experience with automation and load testing tools like SilkTest Classic Open Agent, Load Runner, Silk Performer, etc.
• Experience testing ASP.NET applications using different browsers is preferred Familiar with SDLC approaches and documentation requirements for SAS70 compliance
• Advanced knowledge of web-based solutions including SaaS
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to take direction from senior technical staff
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Financial experience / knowledge beneficial
• Highly analytical skills for troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Ability to work with multiple hardware and software platforms at an intermediate to advanced skill level Under direct supervision, assists in the creation, preparation, and implementation of systems quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts for the all developed products.
Evaluate, review, and test new or modified software programs, including documentation, diagram, flowchart, and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
Runs in-depth testing, diagnoses problems, recommends solutions, and determines if program requirements have been met.
Perform functional and load-testing of applications including developing and maintaining automated scripts to test and verify functionality / defects
Write and maintain test cases and plans from specifications or current applications Ability to create Estimates of Work to estimate time required to fulfill user requests.
Collaboration with other quality assurance engineers to review others documentation and test scripts to ensure accuracy and functionality of the all developed system.
Work with other quality assurance engineers as needed to ensure the expertise of the team and to uphold quality assurance standards.
Follow schedule in project / incident tracking system including awareness of goal dates, pro-active communication and clear documentation of the progress of an item.
Document time associated with each assigned task in accordance to company standards Coordinate with and assist IT / Security / Customer.

Support / Management / Sales as needed Ability to research and respond to customer questions received via telephone and email as needed Continued Learning in quality assurance processes, banking / finance all developed products.
