Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a technicaldiscipline preferred (e.g., engineering), or technical certifications, orrelated experience
5   years of SAP related work experience
Database systems experience (e.g., SQL 2008/2012)
Ability to review detailed log files to quickly identifyproblems
Experience with upgrading software packages, and the planningrequired
Experience with troubleshooting and supporting businessapplications
Proficiency with standard support frameworks
Prior experience in a support role with custom SAP processes
Demonstrated proficiency in one or more SAPmodules/capabilities:
Finance – FI/CO
Supply Chain – MM, SD, WM, SCM
SAP Retail/IS-Retail specifically with retail article masterdata and listing
Point of Sale – POSdm
EDI/IDOC Fluent in all appropriate debugging and performanceanalysis tools
Prior ABAP experience a plus
