Client is looking for a Quality Analyst to do quality engineering for one of the leading health insurers in US. The ideal candidate must possess in depth experience in automation and manual testing for Medicare line of business. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

As a Quality Analyst, you will

•      Review and analyze system specifications

•      Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans

•      Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

•      Evaluate product code according to specifications

•      Create logs to document testing phases and defects

•      Report bugs and errors to development teams

•      Help troubleshoot & replicate issues

•      Lead regression testing

•      Perform front-end testing, database testing and backend testing

•      Document test results, steps to reproduce and uses cases

•      Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

•      Proven experience of more than 7 years

•      Familiarity with Agile frameworks

•      Knowledge of test management software

•      Work in an Agile environment

•      7+ years’ experience with manual and automation testing

•      3+ years’ experience in Medicare membership and plans such as D-SNP

•      Hands on experience with preparing test cases, test scripts and documenting test results.

•      Knowledge of Healthcare enrollment and eligibility transactions such as HIPAA 834, 270/271 processes and EDI systems

•      Should possess good SQL Skills for QA tasks

•      Should be able to independently create Test cases and relevant test data based on user stories

•      Should be familiar with billing and financial process flows

•      Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior

•      Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment would be a plus
