The Test Lead would define the test strategy, test plan and test cases. She / He would also review the test cases, identify, announce and support the technology stack and certify / sign off the releases. She / He would also be involved in setting up the testing environment and driving the automation strategy

•      Defining test strategy for an enterprise grade / complex software.

•      Good understanding of the testing process

•      Good expertise of test data creation, test case     management, test case recording, reporting

•      Good expertise of defining and driving automation   program with quantifiable ROI

•      Ability to provide leadership and groom testers

•      Understanding of Agile

•      Able to collaborate with other developers, architect,  BAs and testers.

•      Ability to communicate with clients and provide technical views with conviction.

•      Experience of product development is a plus

•      Knowledge of Group and Individual North American L&A markets a plus.
