- Train new QA staff members in our testing methods and standards
- Delegate testing tasks to your team
- Oversee all testing operations
- Automate as much of the QA and testing process as possible
- Report any issues back to the development team
- Log all test results and issues
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field
- 8 to 10 years of QA and testing experience
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with automation tools
