Job Description:

1.         Support / Enhance the application until end of life

2.         Work on the legacy VB to .Net wrapper classes to troubleshoot any issues that arises during the day

3.         Work in Agile methodology to support the Modernization needs and able to deliver the committed deliverables within the sprint timeline

4.         Able to work on APM tools such as AppD, Splunk to identify the root cause of the issue and provide resolution to restore service in case of a failure

5.         Proficient with AGILE and SCRUM methodology and employ a strong team-oriented focus.

6.         Obtain an understanding of key business needs and work directly with end users to create effective solutions.

7.         Elicit, understand, and document complex business processes and translate them into solutions.

8.         Interact and consult with senior and midlevel managers of business units, as well as key Subject Matter Experts.

9.         Exercise excellent communication skills for communicating various system issues and meeting the customers’ expectations.

10.        Effectively manage time to assure commitments are met on time. 

11.        Application Integration of .NET environments Employ source code repository check-in processes. 

12.        Candidate should be able to work in development or production support projects which requires analysis, bug fixing.
