- Java development knowledge required (particularly useful if they’ve developed APIs)
- AWS experience is strongly preferred (bonus if they’ve worked with NoSQL databases, S3 data, EMR, Athena, Kinesis, and Lambda functions)
- SQL knowledge essential
- Python development and/or UI development experience a plus
- UI development (AngularJS, React) advantageous
- Strong Investment Knowledge and Business Acumen preferred
- Experience with standard Vanguard AWS developer toolset – Spring Framework, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.
- Must have strong analysis skills - Understand the "why" behind the "what"
- Control-M knowledge a strong plus
- .NET knowledge a plus
