Must Have: VB.NET or Java, Oops concepts, Jenkins, Framework , ALM, Jira, SQL

·         Very good in VB .Net and Object oriented programming

·         String with OOPS concepts and implementation in the frameworks

·         Very good Knowledge of SQL

·         Knowledge of UI automation tools of Microfocus UFT desirable

·         Knowledge on opensource tools such as selenium, rest-assured, appium is required

·         Hands-on object oriented Automation framework design & development; Must have developed any Hybrid framework

·         Experience with MicroFocus ALM including the Test Plan, Test Lab, Runs, and Defect modules is desirable

·         Good experience with usage and configuration of GIT, ALM, Jenkins and JIRA

·         Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools and templates

·         Experience to scope and estimate the test automation effort.

·         Must be seasoned in code evaluation with focus on code quality - ensuring – maintainability and scalablility

·         Drive multiple projects and initiatives

·         Define and drive project review metrics dashboards

·         Excellent oral and written communication

·         Customer facing experience is a must

Core skills (Must have):

·         5+ years of project experience in Expertise in object-oriented programming such as VB.Net

·         Must have lead and code review experience

·         Automation using the tools UFT and knowledge of selenium

·         Custom tool development to solve customer challenges

·         Project experience to perform automated testing within an iterative agile environment.

·         Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams.

·         Excellent in Oral, written communication & Documentation/Presentation Skills

·         Up to date with new technology and process trends

Technical skills:

·         Knowledge, skills and experience in implementing and evaluating the code written for frameworks written using OOPS concepts. 

·         Drive Code Reviews and evaluating quality aspects of the code, ensure coding standards across engagement

·         Experience with automating test cases considering more than one out of test-driven development, behavior-driven development (Serenity, JBehave BDD frameworks), acceptance test-driven development (ATTD).

·         Experience with source code revision control systems like GIT.

·         Experience with build tools like Maven, Gradle.

·         Experience with Jenkins build/ continuous integration tool.

·         Good understanding of web development and related technologies - HTML, Javascript, CSS.

·         Experience in working Integrated development tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ.

·         Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers
