Must Have Skills:

Hands On development exp. in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, XML, HTML, Javascript Ajax, MySQL, SOAP/Restful Services.

Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in handling offshore teams

(Remote for now.  Will have to relocate to customer location once their premises open post pandemic)

Understand business and technical requirements, consult customers to design and recommend solutions

Guide product specialists WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of client's requirements and product quality WITHIN the client and project specifications.

Hands on product configuration and customization

Execute the development & ensure successful completion of assigned defects and enhancements for each sprint.

Establish and execute unit and integration tests

Conduct Design & Code Review

Coordinate and conduct daily standup/scrum calls with offshore dev & testing team.

Participate in customer scrum calls and provide status updates.

Liaise with customer stakeholders and IT teams and help resolve dependencies for the offshore team.

Host weekly status reviews with customer stake holders (business, IT, Scrum Masters, Product & Application owners)

Track, monitor and report project schedule, cost, scope & quality.
