The Business Analyst position will have responsibility for supporting Cisco’s Cloud PLM readiness planning.
The primary responsibilities will include: -
Assessment of current on-premise RTB operations and lay down transition approach, strategy, and plan for new Cloud platform.
Work with offshore and onsite team members as Oracle Cloud SCM functional consultant.
Identification of various Configurations, Px, Integrations required for Cloud PLM and defining the ownership/scope for Business and IT.
Training the Business users to manage the identified scope.
Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials etc.
Business benefit identification.
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
Skills / Experience: -
The position requires broad-based functional and technical experience and proven track record in:
8+ to 10+ years of PLM experience.
Product development and Supply Chain knowledge. Having Hi-Tech (Telecom / Networking / Semiconductor) Domain expertise will be an added advantage.
Oracle Cloud PLM (Oracle SCM PD/PDH)
Experience in Cloud PLM migration
Configure and support SCM Modules
Px development using App and Page Composer.
Basic understanding of SQL, OTBI & BI Publisher reports
Analysis of user requirements and concerns and ability to provide best fit solution
