JOB DETAIL

  • Required >10 years of SAP Basis support consultant with S4/Hana preference and having implementation & support experience.

Work on Application Support and Project Delivery on the following areas:

·         SAP Performance Monitoring

·         SAP Performance Tuning

·         Solution Manager configuration and utilization

·         SAP Transport Management

·         SAP System Client copy, refresh, license management

·         Security parameter management

·         Configuration of SAP Routers

·         SAP Traces and logs

·         Workload balancing

·         SAP Correction

·         SAP Job maintenance

·         SAP Backup

·         System landscape configuration and operation

·         SAP Data administration

·         SA Kernel maintenance

·         SAP Patch management

·         SAP Router Maintenance

·         SAP data and Business Document archiving maintenance

·         Manage end to end resolution of Major Incident (Priority 1 and 2) and determine Root Cause

·         Closely collaborate with client’s 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems connecting to SAP

·         Knowledge and experience in Basis HANA

·         Deliver hands-on day to day SAP global production support, including the coordination with team members, external consultants, and SAP OSS

·         Work with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using Best Practices

·         Should be strong in information system development life cycle methodologies, software testing and change control processes

·         Lead all Basis related activities from onshore and co-ordinate with the offshore support team

·         Must have flexibility to provide on-call production/project support during off-hours

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management
