- Mentor / provide support to less-experienced Developers
- Support / lead full-stack architecture and design; identify / scope / architect / deliver moderately complex solutions; suggest solutions
- May engage / collaborate with external technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality solutions; may engage with shared services teams and vendors
- Assist in research and fact-finding to modify or enhance systems and applications
- Independently configure, enhance / update, maintain, test, debug systems / integrations
- Provide work estimations; meet delivery expectations with tight time windows
- Help create technical documentation / training for system enhancements and test scenarios
- Assist with implementation, end-to-end system integration, stabilization, and production support transition
- Stay available to provide support during escalation of incidents
- May assist with proposed cloud-based solution technical reviews
