JOB DETAIL
Possess 12-15 years of experience primarily involving
Manufacturing IT experience in consulting and project implementation
Strong experience in manufacturing domain in Order to Cash , Procure to Pay cycles
Preferably experience of at least one large O2C/P2P implementation as well and multiple consulting projects (client facing)
Exposure to ERP projects/environment, preferably SAP is highly desired
Experience of requirements gathering, process mapping and solution designing
Experience of manufacturing client facing environment (consulting / implementation)
Subject matter Expertise in the following areas:
Order to Cash Cycle including various scenarios applicable for manufacturing
Understanding of cross system integrations and dependencies
Order Management
Outbound logistics and transportation Management
Inventory Management
Systems / Data integration experiences
Must independently provide both Technical and Functional solution
Must be capable of architecting a CRP session spanning from Plan to Execution
Must have strong client facing skills, and lead a team of 4-6 domain consultants with varying experience.
Should comfortably liaise with Senior Architects/ Architects and Senior Business Users in the client organization
Must liaise with the Program Manager, set directions from the team, guide Onsite and offshore team members.
Should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage project, resources and deliverables
Should be able to independently lead and participate in:
Gather Business requirements
Analyze and transform to application requirements
Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
Lead Functional Design approval process
Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution
Assist customer during UAT
Prepare and Review documentations
Experience in creating, reviewing and Approving Design Documents, Test Plan and Test scripts for Unit, UAT and Regression testing’s.
APICS CPIM certification highly desired
Independently perform Unit Tests, support UAT, conduct Regression testing and support Users post go live
Knowledge on leading Digital Warehousing Technologies like Augmented Reality, Robotics and RPA, AI etc. will be an added plus
Must possess good client facing skills.

Skilled at creating a team environment that supports a common vision. Proficient at effectively prioritizing goals and coordinating resources to achieve those goals
Must double up as a team player and a team leader and work with both Onsite & Offshore counterparts
