Experience in large implementations, understanding of Best practices based test script validation, execution of such scripts, defect management using HP ALM, Excellent problem solving skills.
Must provide direction, lead and implement two Integration Test cycles, one User Acceptance Testing and support Cut Over activities, has significant experience working on a tight schedule and be able to perform testing with minimal help, be able to guide onsite jr. level resources to a successful ontime completion of Testing.
