• Advanced Linux skills (preferable SLES)
• Basic to Medium skills in Cloud IaaS like compute, storage or network, preferable OpenStack experience
• Basic to medium knowledge of automation tools such as the following: Chef, Packer, Terraform, Ansible
• Experience in design, build and run of infrastructure solutions in SLES (ex:. High availability, Open stack, etc)
• Experience in creating and deploying security policies and standards
• Evaluate LOB requirement by constantly collobrating with LOB SPOCs and customers
• Escalates emerging customer dissatisfaction and manage de-escalation together with Site Manager
• Identify top issues, define appropriate action plan and drive the resolution by coordinating with the L1/L2 teams
• Experience in hanling Major incidents and creating RCA for Major incidents related to Infra.

• Local language exposure is preferred
