Mandatory Skills: Should have sound knowledge on overall Banking domain and Capital asset domain is must
Must have good Communication/Analytical skills. Should be detail oriented and able to solve the functional gap arising in the requirement.
Should have work experience in Agile project methodology
Should be part of Customer Communication. Help team in understanding the applications from business perspective
Should be well updated on the current trends and technologies in web and mobile platforms.
Gathering and eliciting clear and definite project requirements from the client.
Engage client in timely manner so gather requirement/clarifications in defined timeframe
discussing the requirement with the technical team for estimation, to clear doubts regarding requirement/technical dependencies and mitigate risks by writing proper assumptions and scope of work outlines.
Interface with clients and gain an understanding of the requirements/processes through meeting and discussion.
Participate in back log grooming, create user stories by capturing business requirements from business. Offer advice/suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects based on past experiences.
After requirement understanding, analysis and elicitation should be able to prepare Project Scope of work, BRD, Visual mock up/click though Wire frame, Visual/Functional Diagrams, FRD/FRS, proposal, etc. in a structured format.
Understand Software Applications developed and provide demonstrations to the client if required.
