JD:
Responsibilities will include the following:
1.      Resolving Incident and Service Request tickets assigned to the support group
2.      Analyze the root cause for issues and suggest/implement fixes
3.      Monthly reporting of the ticket volumetric with SLA details
4.      Review application logs on daily basis to identify abnormal transactions
5.      Coordinate with other interfacing applications for issue resolution and fixes
6.      Implement fixes for critical application issues
7.      Coordinate with other Project teams working on the future releases for the application
