JOB DETAIL

Proven experience as a Microsoft .NET Application Developer

•             Familiarity with VB and .NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns

•             Knowledge of C# programing language

•             Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

•             Good understanding of ITIL v3 guidelines will be preferable.

•             Understanding of Agriculture & Food Processing Business Value Chain relating to multiple crops like Corn, Soybean,  Wheat, Oil Seeds.

•             Knowledge of various design/Build Software Development methodologies, such as: Agile "Behavior Driven Development", agile "Test Driven Development", waterfall, Kanban, lean, extreme programming Excellent verbal / written communication skills

•             Good Microsoft Office skills Word, Power Point , Excel & Visio

•             Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment

•             Strong sense of personal accountability and communication skills

•             Contributes beyond job role and responsibilities

•             Excellent problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

•             Code Impact Analysis, identifies dependencies and documents implications of any proposed changes to various application systems within application landscape.

•             System Technical & Functional Design of the application

•             Code Development , Peer Code Review and Unit Testing

•             Contribute to test plan creation, testing, debugging and installation support of the application

•             Participates in Configuration and Release Management activities

•             Participates in Application maintenance and support services including error correction, preventive maintenance, enhancements, and On Demand/Ad Hoc work requests.

•             Perform modifications within or across national boundaries to maintain compliance with local, regional, national, and international regulatory changes applicable to Client's Business

•             Support 24x7 Production control and scheduling requirements including back-out recovery, job balancing, and production output monitoring for completion and correctness, and monitor exception logs

•             Develops documentation throughout the software development and support life cycle (SDLC)

•             Customer focus - Attention to detail, seeks to help and co-operate with customers in order to develop productive, professional relationships with Customers (internal/external).
