Job Title: .Net Developer
Location: Tallahassee, FL(ONSITE Day 1)
Duration: 10+ Months Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience;
•    7-10 years of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture;
•    Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;
•    Database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);
•    SQL tuning;
•    Experience with development source control (Team Foundation Server);
•    Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;
•    Experience as an expert/lead technical role. Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
•    Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
•    Support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;
•    Assist with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;
•    Setup continuous integration capabilities;
•    Setup builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;
•    7 years of .Net 4.5 and higher;
•    5 years of Visual Studio 2015 or higher;
•    Develop and Maintain TFS such as build/release automation, branching merging strategies, roles and permissions, custom task creation, TFS-CLI, and build definitions (VSO/XAML);
•    Participate in the Technical Change Control Board activities which include code refactoring, design reviews and ROM estimate for projects and enhancements; and
•    Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps and DevOps.
