Conduct software testing of Oracle applications, third-party software, in-house developed software, distributed client server and web-based products for dental insurance carrier. Work closely with Business Analysts, Development Team and Business Clients to develop test strategies and test plans. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for assigned projects, including review and regression test problem resolution. Analyze, define and document issues and defects discovered during testing. Develop and execute test cases. Support production support team in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues. May be assigned to various projects utilizing skills.
