- Understanding the project requirements and project goals and using that understanding to product deliverables.
- Working with OEL Project Sponsor to create and/or update project, technical, and training materials as needed.
- Actively participate in meetings or other project activities to produce project deliverables.
- Communicating accomplishments to OEL Project Manager to produce weekly status reports that outlines accomplishments and planned activities for the following week.
- Ensuring technical direction and standards for infrastructure and software applications are being followed.
- Understand strategic project direction and tactical goals, and effectively participating in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation.
- The Contractor shall assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans.
- Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the project/program.
- May perform backup and recovery on database management systems, configure database parameters, and prototype designs against logical data models, defines data repository requirements, data dictionaries and warehousing requirements.
- May optimize database access and allocates/re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration, database performance and cost.
- May support multiple services and multiple databases of medium to high complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity and accessibility of data.
- May manage and maintain production and non-production databases.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience writing user defined functions
- 2+ years’ experience with MVC and C# web application projects.
- 1+ years’ experience in TFS and VS.NET
- 5+ years’ experience working with MS SQL database management systems in database design, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration of multiple platform environment.
- 5+ years’ experience writing complex efficient queries, views, stored procedures and user defined functions with MS T/SQL
- 3+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) utilizing, parameters, sub-reports, drill down technologies and subscriptions
- 5+ years’ experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
- 5+ years’ experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
- 5+ years’ experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards

- 2+ years’ experience developing with web applications
- 1+ years’ experience working with Team Foundations Server (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Reviews documents, including requirements documents, testing plans, development plans and architectural plans in order to insure that implementation of said documents and plans will result in the system required by the user.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects.
- Technical knowledge of relational database design
Education/Training
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
