JOB DETAIL


•15+ years of experience(10+ years in a Program Manager role or equivalent experience)
•Experience in managing projects in Banking/Financial Services domain and relevant technology/PM experience in other industries
•Drive strategic initiatives that will improve effectiveness and client delivery in addition to improving employee engagement and motivation
•Work with leads to continuously review program governance structure and processes and provide inputs to improve them progressively
•Responsible for the delivery and provide solutions to the new and existing customer base, with a high level of focus on quality Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track project budget and financial metrics
•Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high intensity, high pressure scenarios Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. •Excellent in Reporting at Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly cadence to different cadence (Team Management/Senior Management).
•Responsible for partnering and collaborate with cross functional teams.
•Mentor managers and senior individual contributors to enhance their organizational impact
•Strong delivery track record with experience collaborating in a globally distributed team
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline.
•Business Requirements Gathering: Coordinate with multiple vendors and ensure good collaboration within the internal/external stakeholders
•Conducts status meeting and QBRs with client stakeholders
•Should be able to facilitate client workshops using techniques such as design thinking, VSM
•Gather feedback and present insights
•Report on program performance to stakeholders and internal higher management
•Very good knowledge and implementation experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps
•Identify opportunities for continual improvement
•Excellent communication skill
