JOB DETAIL

The Consultant is the primary contact for defining, configuring, implementing, and supporting the ERP Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

Accountabilities:
• Efficiently issues analysis and resolution process
• Management is supported through ad hoc data collecting, reporting, analysis and special projects for cost effective solutions to maximize value provided from business applications.
• Business needs are translated into succinct system requirements.
• All Users are supported on identifying business process issues/requirements and trained on applications enhancements in a way that allows for them to work efficiently and effectively with the Applications

Responsibilities:
• Work on projects and provide ongoing functional and technical support for the Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Maintain in-depth expertise for the applications you support. Maintain controls for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with system setups and the data collection, mapping, and configuration to support new and existing functionalities of the Oracle system
• Analyze business problems; evaluate and define business processes and systems to meet user requirements. Configure systems settings, perform unit testing and user training
• Gather and Document Business and Functional Requirements. Investigate, determine, and recommend solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options.
• Participate in systems and process improvement activities and metrics
• Work with the third parties applications database administrators, technical and functional analysts to perform systems administration tasks. Enter and Manage Service requests and lead Patching process
• Facilitate communication with developers to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts
• Serve on an end-to-end applications implementation, upgrade or improvement projects from assessment to production support as a functional analyst/subject matter expert.
• Implement approved solutions including configuration, test design, testing, implementation, user-documentation, and training.
• .Involve in the security/administration set-up and related documentation.
• Contribute insightful thought leadership into IT and business processes; Assist business areas in solving business problems/challenges that demonstrates IT's value proposition.
• Deadline-oriented, highly disciplined and can self-manage.
• Work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

At least 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience

Oracle EBS and Cloud (Fusion) Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Experience in Oracle R12 implementation and support projects 

Hands on experience with basic configuration of Oracle modules including INV, PO, OM, ASCP

Experience in the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay flows

Experience with ERP Financial modules, Mobile SCM and OPM is a plus

Working knowledge of the Oracle ERP development toolkit including Workflow Builder, XML Publisher, SQL/ PL/SQL

Ability to manage several ongoing projects in different phases, addressing the multitude of issues that can present themselves with customer or company personnel.

Experience in driving additional revenue within client accounts

BA or BS is required, preferably in an Information Technology, Business Administration or Engineering curriculum.
