Job Description - Roles & responsibilities :
- Incident Management (defect fixes, minor bug fixes, data fixes, JOb Abend resolution)
- Service request management
- Problem Management (Find the root cause)
- Change Management (code, unit test and fix issues)
- Work on Functional/Minor Enhancements which involve analysis, design coding, unit testing and supporting ST, SIT, UAT
- Participate in Change Control Board Calls.
- Coordinate with offshore team , customer and third party vendors
- Good Oral and Written communication skills
- Strong Technical and Analytical skills required
- Prompt turnaround time and SLA and Process adherence are mandatory
- Production Support experience and Retail Consumer Good Domain experience will be an added advantage
