Kroger is looking to hire 10 Product Managers to support major Health & Wellness / Pharmacy initiatives. They are starting bringing in product resource to define the work streams, product roadmaps & building once defined.  

Beginning Wednesday next week we have dedicated interview time slots each Wednesday and Friday so these positions will move quickly. 

Skills: 5+ years of Product Management experience, Agile, SAFe, any Pharmacy or any health & wellness experience would be a plus

Remote: Yes. They would need to travel to Cincinnati 4 times a year or OKRs

Sub friendly – YES, but communication skills must be excellent

Interview Process: Zoom Video interview

Interview times: They have timeslots scheduled for MWF for next 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather feature requests, develop and maintain well planned backlog

• Coordinate the work to be allocated to sprints and scheduling releases

• Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage the backlog to best achieve the goals and vision

• Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using program increment (PI) and sprint planning

• Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaboration

• Oversee development stages, identify areas for improvement, refine the process and support the sprint

• Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
