Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases and validation procedures using a trace-ability matrix to ensure adequate test coverage throughout the development lifecycle
Develop a Regression Test Library and an approach to use it for testing ongoing changes to the digital products
Set up and maintain testing metrics to show overall progress of testing efforts for each sprint, requirement coverage and opened/closed defects
Report on progress of the overall test prep/execution to leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions/direction for QA on monthly web releases and projects
Collaborate with QA analysts to flush out tests based off delivered requirements for integration, regression testing, and user acceptance facilitation
Lead estimation discussions with QA team to identify capacity prior to the start of each sprint
Own the identification and escalation of any issues or risks within the testing work stream
Lead defect review meetings with cross functional partners to determine prioritization
Determine when test participants can proceed to final User Acceptance Testing
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, gather test case needs from partners during the dev/qa cycle
Collaborate with other QA Leads to unlock dependencies and leverage shared test data, systems, services
Drive continuous learning and improvement from the testing perspective
Mentor and empower a team that focuses on both quality and development efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience as a QA Lead
4+ years of QA experience with focuses on eCommerce, user experience, website testing
Experience with facilitating and executing all phases of testing within project lifecycles (integration, regression, system, UAT)
Experience leveraging third-party applications to plan/execute/report testing efforts including but not limited to, Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools (e.g. ALM, Quality Center, TFS, VSTS)
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Expert in testing process, including test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences
Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail
Independently develops key deliverables without supervisor oversight
Proactively applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts
Ability to influence others without authority to drive decision-making and solutions
