Technical/Functional Skills

Experience Required
- At least 10+ years of experience in SAP Functional / Technical expertise with minimum of 4+ years in SAP Project Management exposure involving implementation of large SAP programs
- Should have experience working in Mfg. Industry with Automotive OEM or Tier 1 being an added advantage
- Experience working with onsite/offshore model would be desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and prepare integrated project schedule and manage
- Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams along with 3rd Party’s
- Ability to drive and manage the overall program, meeting the milestone dates as per the agreed timelines
- Risks and Issue Management – ability to identify risks and issues, appropriate mitigation plans and monitoring
- Stakeholder Management – Managing all stakeholders involving business, IT and 3rd parties
- Status Reporting – Ability to prepare and publish weekly status reporting containing the overall progress of the initiative in terms of Schedule, Issues, Risks, Finance parameters
- Preparation of relevant Phase wise deliverables, obtaining necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders etc.,
- Good communications skills for interacting with coworkers and clients (business, IT and 3rd Party teams)
Generic Managerial Skills
- SAP Project Management exposure involving implementation of large SAP programs
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or Masters in Business Administration
