Having 8+ years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years leading SDLC compliant on-shore and off-shore QA test teams
Hands on experience with Automation – Selenium with C#, testing UI and backend components
Hands on experience on framework design/implementation like Cucumber/BDD/TDD - any automation framework development knowledge is must (POM).
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
A strong understanding of web applications and related architecture is preferable
Proficient in handling Onsite-Offshore model, with experience of handling testing deliverables is must
