- Must have experience using Hammer testing tool
- Will help this team incorporate company QA processes and procedures
- IVR testing and API load testing is required
- Writing test plans and test cases, and test execution
- Need to be able to help build automation - building an automation framework from scratch is a plus
- Extensive QA exp in an IVR or call center platform
- Understanding of system integration and user acceptance testing
- Selenium is a plus.
- Lots of regression testing and building out test execution
- Trying to move more to automation – will be manual and automation testing
- Agile environment
- Health Care industry experience is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Project
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
- Lead product quality verification by coordinating test planning, product analysis and technical artifacts analysis. Coordinate and develop manual and automated test cases, execute tests, and gather reports summarizing results.
Experience
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the telecom industry in the healthcare industry or call center is desired.
- Knowledge of Agile development principles and practices. IVR Testing experience is preferred. Extensive experience with a testing tool such as Hammer Call Master, Test manager
- Experience in test planning, management, and test execution.
- Understanding of system integration or user acceptance testing.
