·         A minimum of 5-8  years of experience in implementation of Oracle SCM modules like  OM, INV, PO, WSH, WMS, Costing etc.

·         Should have experience in analyzing business requirements for all SCM related processes

·         Should works with Supply Chain SME and Supply Chain Business Analysts / SMEs to develop 'To-Be' solutions

·         Should be able to break up each BP into micro level sub-processes for analysis with Business

·         Should be able to drive Supply Chain Workshops at USA and Europe for Process harmonization

·         Should have good communication skills to interact with business users and work on enhancement requests

·         Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement

·         Should have worked on preparation of configuration documents, Functional design documents for CEMLI components

·         MUST have expertise in business facing roles, conducting workshops /CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live
