• Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality
• Ability to work well with IT and business users.

•Partner with production support team to resolve user issues.

•Perform fit/gap assessments and providing solution options with impact assessments 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 

• 5+ Years of Functional experience in Oracle R12 EBS
• 5+ Years of Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cost Management modules)
• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle EBS Localization Patch for Turkey

•    Functional Consultant with solid understanding of various functional setups, Interfaces with 3rd party software. 

• At least one end to end Oracle R12 Finance implementation project experience
• Should be a team player and able to work with offshore resources

 Nice to Have: 

• Approval Management Engine

• Channel Revenue Management

• Should have experience with AOL objects.

• Experience with forms and self-service personalization.

• Minimum Education and Certifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Graduate degree preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
