- 8 - 12 years of business analysis experience in a large organization.
- Well versed in the finance business processes, with working knowledge of accounting and finance principles – Critical Skill Requirement
- Experience as CPA, CA or similar roles will be an advantage
- Experience in working in Finance Department in Manufacturing, Retail or startup
- Experience with Financial transformation / new organization setup
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting, GL, AP/AR, Cost Centre/Profit Centre Accounting, P&L, month/quarter/year end closing
- DO NOT NEED Banking Industry experience – this will be a negative factor
- Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to “think outside the box”.
- Ability to interact, influence, and communicate across all organizational levels including C-level executives, subject matter experts, business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to summarize multi-dimensional complex data into easy to understand visual information using dashboards and reports.
- Strong presentation and business story-telling skills.
- Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize track and deliver results.
- Expertise in creating Presentation Decks/ Dashboards

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience interpreting data from a business perspective and communicating those insights back to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Leading product envisioning workshops and capturing business requirements (identifying operating models, business processes, services, capabilities, etc.) and modelling them in live, interactive sessions.
- Strong sense of user-centered design with hands on expertise using various UI/UX design tools.
- Backlog Grooming & Prioritization
- Epic/ Feature/ Story Estimations
- Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Develop relationships across the IT organization
- Ability to translate project deliverables to operational task
- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
