Investor Relations currently manage the communications to our internal and external investors. Currently, they have multiple websites and a Database system housing all of their critical data. To date, they do not have IT support, which possess a problem when they have Database issues and can't access their critical files or when they want to modify, update or create their dedicated webpage platforms. We need to have an IT presents to meet their Day to Day operational needs, provide technical guidance and leadership, upgrade their legacy systems, etc.

Request Description

Need a PM to be dedicated to Investor Relations for a year to start. Heavy with customer/business relationship and Executive Stakeholder communication skills. 

• This person will need to be local to the NB office as they will have to come into the office for Quarterly Earnings and attend Investor conferences at the Hyatt in New Brunswick
• They will need to lead the migration of the IR Database from SaaS to In-House
• Manage ongoing support challenges and work with the business to address their operational needs.
• They will also need to work with a web design vendor to deploy the new Investor Relations Webpage for JNJ
