6) years of professional experience working in the .Net Framework (all of: C# .net, ASP.net, and VB.net).
- (4) years of professional experience with: JavaScript programming, HTML, XML/XSL, JSON, and CSS..
- (5) years’ experience within the past seven (7) years with MS Visual Studio development tools, ASP.NET, MVC, C# VB.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, TSQL, PLSQL, ANSI SQL, MSSQL, Oracle DB, ADO/ODBC, Entity Framework, Web API and ETL technologies
- Experience with VB and VBA scripting, MS Access Forms and database, MS Excel Macros
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Proficiency with C#, with a familiarity of its coding environment (which is mainly Microsoft’s Visual Studio).
- Knowledge of the .NET framework and its newest features.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005+, or IBM DB2
We have an immediate need for a PowerBuilder/SQL developer with knowledge of a subset of .NET and web technologies to assist with a wide array of assignments. PowerBuilder is a critical need yet there is not enough work for fulltime. Work will be 50% PowerBuilder, 50% web enhancements and fixes. Candidate must possess a diverse skillset to maintain legacy PowerBuilder applications as well as contribute to modern web enhancements and fixes in a fast-paced environment. With PowerBuilder being legacy, we are looking for the developer that is aggressive about their professional development and other technologies.
