**I am looking for a senior candidate. Someone who can maintain the database and security, monitoring performance and take ownership from the start. they must be proficient in SQL Server, Azure and Cosmos DB. Those 3 things are the most important requirements. Next is the Informatica project, they are data masking info from offshore resources to re-identify the complete DB. Lastly, they should have some exp with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, any Azure certs would be a huge plus!

Our client is actively seeking a SQL DBA to join their team and act as their primary SQL and NoSQL resource for the enterprise. This position is remote and the role will report to the Director Data Architecture and Engineering as well as the Director of Application Development.

The following identifies high level experience requirements:

• SQL DBA – Relational DB
• NoSQL DBA – DocumentDB
• Azure SQL DBA experience is necessary
• Cosmos DB performance tuning experience, with preference for DBA experience on Cosmo.
• Informatica Experience Required
• Azure Synapse Analytics Data Warehouse (formerly known as Azure SQL Data Warehouse) performance tuning experience.
• Required: Azure Synapse Analytics Studio or Spark experience.
