As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Platform Engineering team, you will be a technical leader with impact.

Needs someone technical (not coding but a good technical background) to work with the engineering team.  Person will pull cross-funtional teams together

Working with multiple groups/teams

Senior level - 3-5 years of Technical Program Management expertise

• Translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications for the engineers

• Ascertain the true requirements underlying feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines

• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for success

• Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams

• Proven ability to balance think strategically and working tactically

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrable success delivering results with cross-functional teams in spite of dependencies

• Comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical teams

• Able to make customer experience or business impact versus time-to-market trade-offs

• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, justify decisions, and measure success

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• System design experience

• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition

• 5+ years of technical program management experience

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience defining requirements, facilitating progress and mitigating risks/blockers.

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
