Candidate should have 15+ years of Managing large programs for SAP implementation. Experience in SD  Module will be advantage. Should have played the role Program Manger in S/4 HANA implementation.   

Candidate should have ETO/CTO business knowledge in manufacturing industry. 

•Should have good presentation skill. Should be comfortable to interact senior management of client.

•Should have ability to control.

•Owns the project profitability.

•Drive the reporting and project profitability

•Should have minimum 4 E2E implementation project experience

•Exposure to agile methodology

•Ability to interact with the business and conduct business workshops – good communication skills.

•Ability to plan, manage work stream independently – facilitate workshops, secure approvals from business, maintain minutes, meet quality process requirements

•Should be a team player

•Has skills in Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints, system design, functional specifications and system configuration

•Excellent Presentation, Communication skills. Should be able to coordinate with offshore
